Companies
Provides a means for adding, editing, and viewing information about Companies.
These companies can be clients, prospects, other recruiting firms, or
any company that has contacts you want to link to the company.
The main Company form has multiple tabs where addresses, contacts, job
orders, benefits, and comments are added, viewed, or edited. The main
information about the company is always visible at the top of the page.
This form can be opened in one of three manners:
First, you can select Companies/Browse Companies from the main menu.
This option will load all of your company records and you can use the
buttons at the top of the form to navigate through these records. If you
have a large number of companies, this may be slow.
You can select Companies/Find Company from the main menu. This option
will bring up a search form which will allow you to search by various
company related criteria. For more on the search form, see search forms.
You can add a new company directly by selecting Companies/Add New Company
from the main menu. You can also add a new company if the Company form
is opened by any other means by selecting the navigation button with the
red asterisk on it.
Address Tab

Allows multiple addresses, so if a company has a different address for
their physical, mailing, and billing addresses; you can add them all ...and
more.
Contacts Tab

Shows all of your contacts at the specified company. You may have an
unlimited number of contacts for a company. You can't directly edit the
contact information. Double-clicking an entry, or right-clicking an entry
and selecting edit from the pop-up menu will open the Person form corresponding
to that person. Now you may edit the contact information. When you close
the Person form, the Company you were working with will automatically
reappear. Your contacts can be sorted on any of the fields, simply by
right clicking on the field you want to sort by and selecting the appropriate
sort order.
Job Orders Tab

Shows all of your job orders for the specified company. You may have
an unlimited number of job orders for a company. Double-clicking an entry,
or right-clicking an entry and selecting edit from the pop-up menu will
open the Job Order form corresponding to that job order. Now you may edit
the job order information. When you close the Job Order form, the Company
you were working with will automatically reappear. Your job orders can
be sorted on any of the fields, simply by right clicking on the field
you want to sort by and selecting the appropriate sort order.
Benefits Tab

Company wide benefits can be entered into this tab. This should not be
used for perks being provided to fill an individual position. Job specific
perks should be entered under the job order.
Comments Tab

The Comments section is for entering and viewing up to 64K of free form
text related to the company.
Keywords Tab

Allows you to asign keywords to a company for searching purposes.
